MEMBERSHIPS

All memberships are auto-recurring subscriptions. Your original form of payment will be automatically charged monthly or annually (depending on the membership type you chose) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the end of your current subscription period.

The memberships auto-renewal may be canceled at any time. To cancel, log into the member only area and click "My Membership". You will be taken to a summary of your orders, including any pending membership renewals.

Please note: There are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.  

LIVE EDUCATION

All "Live Education" registrations are non-refundable!

No refunds will be issued for any "Live Education" courses, workshops, or special events. Please ensure that you are able to attend the the date and the location of the event listed before completing your registration. 

We understand that special situations, related to unforeseen circumstances, can arise in the weeks leading up to an event. In such cases, and at the sole discretion of KP Movement Institute Inc., a transfer can be provided. Transfers in these special situations are valid for one (1) year from the event date. Transfers are subject to a $50 transfer fee due upon transfer. All requests for transfers must be received two (2) weeks prior to the event start date and emailed to: info@kineticperformance.ca

Any cancellations of registrations within two (2) weeks of the event start date or failure to attend an event will result in forfeiture of all registration fees and will not be eligible for transfer.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

All "Online Personal Training" programs are non-refundable!

No refunds will be issued for any "Online Personal Training" programs. Each "Online Personal Training" program is specifically designed for the individual named and is not intended to be used by any other individual or group. While each "Online Personal Training" programs is designed to assist the user in achieving the goals they have set out, yet they do not offer any guarantee of success.
